Building Thermography Solutions

Offering thermal imaging services to troubleshoot future problems with advanced technology for your facilities and equipment. This is non-destructive testing is an important diagnostic tool to identify hard to find issues.

HOW IT WORKS?

Themography Scan

Infrared Thermography is a non- destructive scan that uses an infrared imaging camera to measure infrared energy emitted from an object.

Receive A Report

Receive a Comprehensive Report outlining any anomalies found of your building or equipment.

For Industry

For industry, you can catalog your assets and use your IR scan to determine preventive maintenance.

For BuildingS

For buildings, an IR scan can be a great diagnostic tool used to troubleshoot problems and plan future projects.

We Do THERMAL IMAGING ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS

Routine Thermal Inspections will reduce operating costs and increase equipment life by detecting issues before they become problems.

Professional Thermal Inspections help avoid costly down time and catch electrical arcing or equipment overheating that can result in a fire or equipment failure. Regular inspection also provides important data that can be used in EMP programs as required by NFPA 70B.

We Provide Thermography Solutions for many industries

DRONE AERIAL IMAGING

Drone Aerial Imaging can be used for inspections of difficult areas or locations to access including: substation, solar array systems, and roof moisture survey.

SOLAR ARRAY SYSTEMS

Solar Panel Thermal inspections to inspect large solar Installations We can identify anomalies, weather in a module or string. Ability to locate damaged Solar Arrays by drone to find quicker and easier.

SUBSTATION INSPECTIONS

Discover and identify potential problems in components  before they become critical and cause outages.

ROOF MOISTURE SURVEYS

Thermography can be used to detect wet insulation under low-slope roofing materials.  Moisture trapped in the insulation beneath a roof membrane compromises the integrity of the roof.  Roofing projects can be better tailored to the actual needs of the roofing project.

COMMONly FOund ISSUES With Electrical Thermography Surveys

  • Short circuits

  • Loose or poor electrical connections

  • Overheating breakers

  • Failing fuses

  • Overload protection devices

  • Unbalanced loads

  • Stray Inductive currents

  • Transformer overheating

  • AC and DC motor issues/problems

  • Deteriorating med/high voltage bushings
